I thought a good first post would be a look-in on my small but growing MAC lipstick collection. I love having a look at new colours to try out and seeing which ones people picked to invest in, so heres my choices!
From left to right (darkest to lightest)
Dubonnet
This is a gorgeous deep burgundy colour which I bought during winter to vamp up my lips. It's an amplified finish so the colour is VERY pigmented, possibly one of the most pigmented MAC lipsticks I've ever swatched. It also looks gorgeous on most skin tones which is a bonus!
Impassioned
This is my favorite in my collection, its a stunning neony-coraly pink in an amplified finish that just screams to be worn on hot summer days. I like to keep the rest of my makeup minimal while wearing this for stand out colour-pop lips.
Cockney
I received this colour as a gift and wasn't too sure about it at first, it's a lustre finish so its very build-able. It's lovely worn as a rosy stain or can be built up into a true cherry red with a slight shimmer. I'm still a little on the fence with this one!
Costa Chic
One of the more popular MAC colours, this frost finish lipstick is the perfect orangey-coral. quite sheer but build-able, and looks absolutely stunning with blue eyes.
Snob
I also received this as a gift and it was the first edition to my collection. I wore this religiously last year, probably best described as a purple take on the classic barbie baby pink.
